Since the recommended steps for installing Mask of the Betrayer include first updating to 1.10, please go ahead and patch to 1.10. You will need the patch to play on Sunday. Before running the in-game updater to patch, you should take two steps:

1) Clear out your override directory, if there are any files in it. I copied mine out, and then copied them back in after patching.

2) Apply the 1.07 beta to 1.06 revert patch;

You should then be able to use the game's default updater to apply the patch, and, if you moved files out of your override directory, move them back in. Let me know if you have any questions.
