Partially to help myself keep track of what’s going on in the campaign, and partially to help you follow what’s going on, I tried putting together a list of some of the various quests or character motivations going on. If I missed anything, please post.
- You are following Radnir’s path, to try to find out why someone wanted him dead. He was murdered right when he was about to tell you what he discovered in the Broken Lands concerning the Prophet. Fick Nooley had suggested that Radnir had information about how the Prophet could determine the fate of Elik - the life or death of many people, including you. His path has led you to the pyramid.
- Cyrus earlier recovered the Gem of Hasaar, an ancient artifact of his church. It was tainted, though, by a cleric of Dirkar. Cyrus entrusted the Gem to Tarlin, the druid of the Reborn Wood, in the hopes that the druid could discover a way to remove the taint.
- Vangal’s son went into the Land of the Enlightened, and Vangal is trying to locate him. Vangal is also trying to find out what's drawing so many outsiders to the Broken Lands.
- T’erin, just prior to joining the group, was mugged by some Tiger Claw bandits. He has complained about the theft of a prized possession. T’erin also seems to be trying to master his inner power.
- Tarlin, the druid of the Reborn Wood, has asked Silwyn to find a druid of their circle who entered the Broken Lands to help heal the land, taking a powerful magic with him. Tarlin suggested that success could bode well for Silwyn within the Order, and perhaps bring him important responsibilities in the future.
- Tiger Claw bandits seem to be hunting Merim for some reason. Did he simply cross them in some way, or is there more to it than that?
- Bel encountered some of his own people, questing for something that they weren’t specific about. He’s already saved one of them from certain death.
- Tainted and twisted fallen celestials are magically bound to haunt the Broken Lands. Tathika, the helpful witch you met in the Broken Lands, has explained that their souls can be freed by casting a body part of their master summoner into the circle from which they were summoned, which is located in the home of the Enlightened. You have already killed this summoner, and taken her horn and another part of her body.
Also, an earlier summary from much earlier in the campaign contained some information that may come into play at some point in the future.
