In case you haven't been following it, 1UP.com has pulled its review of NWN2.  1UP.com is the web home of print magazines like Games for Windows (formerly known as Computer Gaming World), Electronic Gaming Monthly, and Official Playstation Magazine.  1UP initially gave the game a score of 5 out of 10, but the reviewer all but admitted that his review was based on the fact that he didn't like D&D rules in a computer game.  The editors took a second look, and determined that the review therefore did not give the game a fair look due to this bias, and they are going to re-review the game in about a week.  For a look at the Editor's apology, click here.  The review was pulled, but somebody posted the text of it over in the official NWN2 forums, here.  Caving to pressure, or a gutsy action by the editor to make sure the game is reviewed fairly?  {mos_fb_discuss:14}
