Server stress test

Hi all,

I hope everyone is doing well. In the next week or so, I think I will finally have my house in good enough shape that I can turn my attention back to building for the campaign. My one concern at this point is my new ISP. My cousin and I tried playing through Pirates of the Sword Coast on Sunday, and we had horrible lag. I'm hoping that is because Pirates had to be run from the client (i.e. from within the game itself on the machine I was playing on) due to the premium module authentication requirements. My speed tests come back OK, but my high speeds and my low speeds vary greatly.

So, what I'd like to do is put up an old module, for local vault characters, on Sunday to just run around in for 10 minutes or so and see what kind of lag you get. I was thinking around 7:00 Sunday EDT if anyone is available. I'm GMT -4, so that would be 2300 (11:00 pm) GMT. I'd want to get at least 3 or 4 of us to make the test worthwhile.

If you are free then, or some other time this weekend, post here.

If my connection is bad, I can hound the cable company to improve things, or pay $23 more a month to go from 5Mbps down/256Kbps up, to 7 Mbps down/768 Kbps up.

I'm going to try to reschedule this once I know a bit more about my schedule. I hope everybody is having a nice summer.
