The session summary for the January 13 session has been posted, and the roleplay thread for the next session is up. There will be 100 XP awarded to anyone who participates in the roleplay thread this week.
Update: Bedeo has signed up, so we're in good shape for tonight. See you in a few hours. We're about 5 hours until game time as I write this, and we have 3 sign-ups. We will need 4 to play. I have e-mailed Bedeo and Zelus to see if they respond. Bedeo had the computer issues last week, and Zelus messaged me a week ago to let me know that he'd be hit or miss over the coming few weeks (but I haven't heard from him about this week). I'll give it until 2 hours before game time to make a decision about the game. If anyone needs to know before then, please let me know. In a couple of weeks we should have a sufficient player buffer, but we've been running without much of a cushion for some time now. My fault for waiting until recently to add a couple of players. {mos_fb_discuss:14}

Please run WorldGate, as there is a new pwc file. Running WorldGate will add module3#100.pwc to your My Documents/Neverwinter Nights 2/pwc directory.
Please go ahead and update to 1.11 (with the 1153 hotfix). This should involve simply using the updater in the game menu. As always, you should clear out your override directory first. I will be updating the server tonight.
There are some reported issues, but looking around it seems that most persistent worlds are using it. One issue that some have reported is that sometimes the game will slow down after an area transition. If this happens, you can hit "C" to bring up your character page, and then close it. This gets things back to normal.

We only have 3 sign-ups with the start time closing in, so we will postpone the session as discussed here. Sorry guys. Since we have 5 players total and not much of a buffer, I'll try to add a player or two before next session. As noted below, the next session will be January 6.
Hold off on patching. There is already an indication that a hotfix will be coming for the 1.11 patch that was released. I still have the Naeldor server at 1.10. Given some of the problems necessitating the hotfix, and to avoid patching confusion, let's not patch yet.
This will give us plenty of time to see how the patch operates, because of the effect the holidays will have on our schedule. Because of the holidays, I'm fairly certain that I will be away on December 30, and possibly even on December 23. I'd be surprised if a couple of you won't be unavailable for each session too. So, let's plan on playing this Sunday (December 16), take the next two Sundays after that off, and then resume on January 6. Hopefully I can find some time over the break to build as well, as you're almost caught up to me and I haven't had any time to build in the last few weeks.
